Having pioneered successful strategies for managing virtual teams, human resource capital management expert Yael Zofi has sought to share her expertise with the larger business community. A frequent guest speaker, Zofi has addressed audiences at numerous business conferences, corporate venues, executive offsites and global events.

Zofi has taught veteran managers — and those just aspiring to management positions — how to lead, how to motivate and how to navigate the tricky world of office politics. She has instructed hundreds of business professionals through her courses at the American Management Association, leading workshops on topics including collaborative leadership skills for managers, successfully managing people and developing internal consulting skills. She has taught future business leaders at NYU’s Polytechnic School of Engineering, leading courses in leadership and team development and the future of virtual team leadership.

Yael has spoken nationally at conferences sponsored by the Organization Development Network, the New York State Society for Human Resource Management, the Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business and the NextGen Young CPAs, among many others.

Yael has also led roundtable discussions with managers, facilitated virtual team meetings and provided web seminars. A large selection of these appearances are highlighted below.
